HOW WE BEGAN
Just Add Flights was founded by Alison Hurley, a seasoned traveler with over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, ranging from a Product Curator, sourcing top hotels and tours for a 5-star tour operator, to a snorkel guide in Alaska. Alison’s passion came from discussing travel with customers and assisting them in discovering their next adventure; however, Alison consistently heard a common complaint from travelers: the stress and time-consuming nature of planning and booking trips. While pursuing her MBA at Babson College, Alison recognized the potential for a better approach to personalized vacation planning that wouldn’t entail the need to talk on the phone which is associated with the high costs of tour operators. This realization sparked the idea of leveraging technology to streamline the custom vacation planning and booking process. By combining AI technology with the expertise of travel professionals, Just Add Flights can offer the perfect blend of efficiency, valuable travel insights, and customer service, ultimately making custom vacation planning easier and faster.
